Mark and Nyles didn’t start as property managers. They started as owners, just like you. When they bought a short-term rental together in Scottsdale, they realized it wasn’t performing the way it should. So they took over management themselves, built out the systems, and figured out what actually worked.
Once they did, it was clear plenty of other owners were dealing with the same frustrations. That’s how Roadrunner Escapes was born. Not from a boardroom, but from real experience in the same market they now serve. That hands-on approach is the same one they bring to every property they manage today.
Our Story
This journey started when 2 friends bought a short term rental in Scottsdale, AZ together. Then Mark & Nyles found out that their property was underperforming. From that moment on they took over the management. After putting all of the systems and process’s in place we ventured out to start serving other owners who were facing similar struggles.
The hands on approach and always focusing on the details to perfect every step of the process is what helped turn our company into a success!
